Major Updates: Major UI, AI, and Reporting Enhancements Coming Soon
New UI + Simplified Dashboard
We’re rolling out a completely redesigned UI soon. The goal here is simplicity.
Key changes:
- Basic View: Clean, simple stats at a glance. No clutter, no confusion.
- Pro View: Full power-user mode. Custom widgets, advanced dashboards, everything you’re used to.You’ll know how your business is doing the second you log in.
Reporting Just Got Way Faster
What’s new:
- Reporting now instantly loads your last viewed report (default: last 7 days).
- Clean, Facebook-ads-style layout.
- The old nested format is still available if you want it.
- Coming very soon: Saved report tabs so your daily reports are always one click away.

Menu Overhaul & Smarter Navigation
Every SaaS has a terrible menu system. Ours did too. We rebuilt it:
- Fewer sidebar options.
- Cleaner grouping.
- Better organization for settings and integrations.
- The entire dashboard is less cluttered and easier to navigate.
AI Assistant Overhaul
We’re rebuilding the in-app AI assistant from the ground up.
What it’ll do:
- Walk you through setup step-by-step like a support rep.
- Diagnose tracking issues using your actual data.
- Soon: Analyze your stats and surface your biggest opportunities.
Live human support is still there. This just makes everything faster.
Further out:
- A browser extension that installs HYROS for you (with permission).
- A new AI-led onboarding wizard (currently codenamed Sven) that makes setup close to one-click.
Setup is going from painful to turn-key.
HYROS AIR Upgrades – This Could 3x Results
HYROS AIR lets you identify visitors and remarket to them via email and SMS based on what they viewed. It’s been in beta because two major issues held it back. Both are now solved.
1. Ecommerce Emails – Now Actually Good
Old emails were bad. New ones are AI-generated and legitimately strong.
- Drop in your URL and get on-brand templates.
- Auto-optimized subject lines, copy, and product recommendations.
- Emails based on real browsing behaviour.
2. B2B Emails – Full Business Context
Previously, emails were based on a single page. That didn’t work for info or multi-offer businesses.
Now the AI:
- Researches your entire site
- Understands all offers, funnels, pricing, and goals
- Routes visitors to the best next step automatically
The emails come out sharp, personalized, and human.
3. MIND System – AI That Handles Replies
Biggest gap in automation was reply handling. That’s gone.
Launching this month: an AI sales rep that:
- Understands your entire business
- Answers real questions intelligently
- Uses proven closing logic to push toward calls or purchases
We tested it live on our own site. It works.
