Customize Auto Remarketing email templates

Now you can customize the email templates our AI is using in the Auto Remarketing module

The AI used to send plain text emails, so they look like they were written by someone, however that doesn’t look very aesthetically pleasing, so we implemented an update that allows you to customize your emails: you can choose from one of our pre-made templates that suits your business type, choose from one of the ones imported from your ESP integration or create a new one.

Toggle on or off no source sales inside your favorite widgets

We added the option to toggle between including or excluding no source sales inside your widgets so your metrics are reflecting accurately. Widgets that will support these are Reports, Metrics, General Overview and Metrics summary.

Create metric got a new design

To improve user experience, we implemented a new design and flow for the custom metric creation

Provide custom instructions to AI to optimize content generation

We know every business is different and has their own preferred way of talking to customers so we implemented an option to provide custom instructions to our AI for creating the content of the emails or SMS.

 

Restrict email sending to US customers only

Due to some compliance issues, we will restrict Auto Remarketing for US customers only.

 

Sales data got a slick new design for the filter

We know how important filtering is so we added our most powerful filter component, the one you are used to from reports, inside the sales data tabs: leads, subscriptions and calls.

Integrate with Kit ( formerly ConvertKit )

You can now integrate with Kit in order to send AI generated emails.

 

Facebook OC: Address Meta’s New Restrictions on Health and Wellness Ads

We know compliance is vital to every business so we implemented a chance to address Meta’s New Restrictions on Health and Wellness Ads. If you are indeed running ads for Health and Wellness, we have no problem in tracking them, however, when optimizing around them, it would be ideal to:
Change pixels and event names, create a new pixel or use an existing pixel that is not a Health & Wellness category.
Avoid exaggerated statements related to solving health or medical conditions like “cure certain disease” or “heal certain symptoms.” Keep it truthful and compliant.
Switch the lower-funnel custom conversion event to be the conversion target in your Ads Campaign.

 

Improvements & Bug Fixes

Improved tracking method for lead opt-ins

There are some cases where people click on ads and the lead is created via API or the integration, which didn’t count as opt-ins so we implemented an update to make sure any leads created are properly attributed as opt-ins.

Export creative report data

We know how important it is to use your Hyros data in your other internal processes so we implemented the option to export your data from the Creatives Report.

Track phone number submissions as opt-ins

We used to consider optins only those tracked by our tracking script so we added the option of tracking phone numbers submissions as opt-in to ensure seamless tracking for all businesses and scenarios. When someone opts-in with only their phone number, a lead will be tracked inside Hyros containing that phone number under the email field, similar to Direct Call Tracking. At a later point, when the leads submits their email address, we will update the lead accordingly.

Update product price and hard costs independently

We know each product can have different costs and how important it is to change these on the fly, so we implemented a change that allows changing the hard costs of the product without affecting the price.
