You can now analyze your dashboard and compare from different custom periods by changing the comparison period.
Leads import via CSV now supports tags and stage
You can now easily import your leads via CSV and include the desired tags as well as the current stage for each lead.
Call import via CSV now supports state
You can now import your calls via CSV and specify the state of the call: qualified, unqualified, canceled or no show. Additionally, if the call with external id exists with a different state, we will show a prompt and ask if you want to update the state of set calls.
Analyze new customer metrics better
We implemented some changes to the report metrics and added some new ones to better analyze new customers:
- Change unique customers -> New Customers
- Rename unique customer revenue -> New Customer revenue
- Renamed Time to acquire unique customer -> time to acquire new customer
- Renamed Cost per unique customer -> CAC
- Renamed Cost to Acquire Customer ( CAC ) -> to NET CAC ( since it subtracts the Cost of goods )
- Renamed Cost per New Lead -> Cost Per New Lead ( CPA )
- Added New Customer ROAS -> ROAS from new customers
- Added New Customer AOV -> AOV for sales generated by new customers

Create Leads with phone number only from Meta Lead Ads
We implemented an update to create leads with only a phone number from optins sent via the integration for Leads Ads in Meta.
Update call state via API
Since we added more call states recently, we implemented an update to the Update call API endpoint to support them. Now, instead of qualified ( true / false ), we added a new parameter, state, that supports following values: qualified / unqualified / canceled / no show.
Tracking phone numbers improvement
We implemented an update to our tracking script to facilitate some corner-case issues where a phone number was not picked up.
Improved UI
We implemented an update to fix some UI issues that occurred in Modals, Selectors, Dashboard Widget buttons.
See in Ad Manager option added to all entities
We implemented an update to add the See in Ads Manager option to all entities: Ad account, campaign, ad set and ad.
Deep mode and export for no show calls
