New Attribution: U-Shaped Model

We are excited to announce a new attribution model for our performance report, the U-Shaped attribution model.
This is a multi-touchpoint model that attributes a bigger percentage to the first and last touchpoints, and distributing the rest towards the middle touchpoints:
- 40% credit to the first touchpoint/click
- 40% to the last touchpoint/click
- 20% distributed across mid-funnel touches
This model will be launched mid week.
Include and Exclude options added to all Specify Attributes
We implemented an update to the Performance Report so all options under Specify Attributes have a way to include or exclude selected options.
Easily see attributed source inside Report deep mode
We implemented an update to the Performance Report deep mode so you can easily see the attributed source of the sale, not just First and Last Source.
Changed how product price is reflected on sale income
Up until now, the product cost was changed, it used to affect the sale income directly.Â
- Before: adding a $20 cost to a $97 product, was updating the sale income to $117.
- Now: adding a $20 cost to a $97 product will not affect the sale income, which will remain $97, however, the profit from that sale will be $77.
Note: this will also allow now to set a bigger cost and result a native profit: For example, adding a $117 cost to the product will result in a $97 sale and a negative -$20 profit.
Improved Date picker usability
We implemented an update to our date picker modal to support inline editing and a month view for the calendar.
Improvements & Bug Fixes
Changed subscription tag format to include cents
We implemented an update on how the subscription tags are created to match the format of sales. Initially, the subscription tags were created with the name and price, without cents ( #elite-membership-monthly-99 ). From now on, subscription tags will be created with cents included, for example #elite-membership-monthly-9900
Updated notifications to include the integration name for expired tokens
We made an update to all expired token notifications ( email as well as in-app ) to include the integration name so it can be easily identified.
Implemented a fix for Stripe sales
We made an update to our Stripe integration to fix a corner case situation where some sales initially came in without an email. That was due to a delayed event from Stripeâs end, which caused the sales to be discarded. Now, those sales will be processed correctly.
Updated New Customer Metric
We made a slight update to our New Customer metics:
- Added Cost per New Customer ( CPA )
- Renamed Cost per New Lead ( CPA ) to Cost per New Lead ( CPL )
Improved UI Search functionality inside Reporting
We made some improvements to the UI Search module inside the Performance report and the deep mode metric that was filtered.
Improved performance when updating sources
We made some improvements to the source update functionality which caused issues and making updating other sources inaccessible for a few minutes.
Updated Zapier to allow creating leads and calls with phone number only
We made some improvements to our Create Lead and Create Call events inside Zapier to allow creating leads with phone numbers only. Since Zapier does not allow the option of having 1 out of 2 fields required, both email and phone number were marked as mandatory, but in order for the event to be successful, either one of those need to be filled out.
