Version 2.1.7
Deep dive into No Sources
Analyze no source sales and spot gaps
We implemented a way of troubleshooting no source sales, leads and calls by adding the deep mode option. Now you can easily see which leads, sales or calls are under no source and perform a deeper look.
All entity IDs added to report table
We added the ids of all entities ( campaign, ad set / ad group and ad ) to the report table. This will allow us to better identify them and help troubleshoot.

Analyze clicks for sources created via URL rules
We implemented an update to count and report clicks for sources created by URL rules.
Improved Submit a Feature page
We made various improvements to the Submit a Feature page:
- Implemented sorting for Created, Status and Votes columns
- Added a new tab, My Requests, to better keep track your submissions
- Added a link to the release notes, for feature requests marked as Released
- Changed commenter firstname and lastname to be hidden to provide privacy

Agency Resources now support external links
We implemented an update to the Materials section from Agency Resources to support adding external links, for sharing documentations or hosted files.

Now you can delete your CSV import
We implemented an update to support deleting a CSV import. Leads, sales and calls imported via CSV will be deleted, however, since leads can support other changes after the import ( new sales, new calls, new optins or other updates ), leads will be deleted only if the lead didnât suffer any other updates or since the import.
If leads suffered other updates, a prompt will be displayed to show a preview which lead will be deleted or not.

New permission requirement for tracking Lead ads
After performing some investigations, we found that Meta introduced a new permission requirement for tracking Lead ads: Leads Access in Meta Business Suite.
While Meta’s official documentation states this feature only limits which applications can make API calls to retrieve leads, in practice, it also affects webhook functionality, preventing lead gen webhooks from working properly.
So make sure you have this enabled when integrating Facebook so we can receive events from Lead ads.

- Click the Gear icon next to your business portfolio
- Navigate to Integrations in the left menu, then click Leads access
- Click Customize access in the box that appears, then click Confirm
- If you don’t see the “Customize access” box, Leads Access is already enabled
Improvements & Bug Fixes
Fixed sorting for Top Sources widget

See in Ads manager inside Creative Report
We implemented the “See in Ads manager” option for Creative Reports, for TikTok and Google.
Fixed sorting for Creatives Report
We implemented a fix for the sorting function inside the Creatives Report, so sorting can now be performed by any metric.
Added a retry button in the Conversions tab for leads
We implemented a retry button inside the Conversions tab in the lead details modal, to manually try and resend failed conversions.
Improved “Send all leads to pixel”
We made some adjustments to the “Send all leads to pixel” feature so consider other corner-case scenarios, like leads created from external integration.
Improved custom metrics formula
We made some adjustments on the way we manipulate and handle metrics to make things easier and more accurate, while maintaining the same UI.
Improved grouping by phone number
We made some adjustments on the way we group leads based on phone number: initially, we were grouping based on 9 digits, however, we changed that to 7 digits.
