Migrate your Shopify to latest approved app
We implemented a migration process to our listed Shopfy app and the ability to add custom domain script.
Since we launched our new 1-click integration with the listed Shopify app, we implemented a migration process for everyone that still has the old custom app. If you do, you will see a Migrate button in your settings area that will allow you to seamlessly migrate to the new app.
We aslo implemented an update to the Shopify integration to support adding custom domain tracking scripts. This will be prompted when integrating Shopify.
Add custom properties to leads
We implemented an update to support adding custom properties to leads. The idea is to provide a deeper level of customization to leads that support all business models and eventually, allow reporting based on these properties.
New cancellation flow
We implemented an update to the cancellation flow to support all our subscriptions. When you want to cancel your account and hit Cancel button, a new pop-up will appear that allows you to select which subscription you want to cancel:
- Ad Tracking
- AIR
- Both
This modal appears only if you have both Ad Tracking and AIR subscription.

New UI for Ad Spent integrations
We implemented a UI update of the ad spend integration, like Meta, Google, TikTok and so on, to support the new UI with the designated Hyros assistant.

Improvements & Bug Fixes
Improved Shopify implementation to bypass adblockers
We implemented an update to the Shopify integration to host the default script under a different path to bypass ad blockers. Initially, it was under /web-pixels, which contained a trigger word, pixel, that ad blockers are using to block it. We changed it to be hosted under /static-unified-script
Fixed discrepancies between report and deep mode for multi-touch models
We implemented a fix to the deep mode stats that caused various discrepancies between report metric stats and when opening the deep mode.
Fixed persistence of metrics when opening detailed report from widget
We had some inconsistencies when showing the same metrics in the detailed report, when opened from a widget, so we implemented a fix to support that.
Updated Lead Ad OC consent rule
We updated our Lead Ad Offline Conversions consent rule to only require the granted consent for leads from within the European Union, since the regulation only applies to that. Leads from outside of the EU will be automatically synced, regardless of the consent.
Update Entity names in Hyros when modified in ads manager
We implemented an update to support a sync between Hyros and ad platforms so we update entity names inside Hyros, when names are changed in the ads manager to avoid naming discrepancies.
Improvements to AIR flows
We also made some general improvements to AIR flows:
- Adjusted how lead journey is showing AIR related items like emails sent to be more user friendly
- Several improvements were made for the Shopify quick setup feature, including changes on the flow specialized for ecommerce
- The release includes fixes on the logic that re-organize the leads on the flow after the flow was updated
- The release includes fixes for Active Campaign integration
- The release includes Events tracking for Active Campaign (opens)
- Now each email integration includes a disclaimer stating what information the user can get from it, Open rates, bounces, emails sent)
