Improvements and changes

Chrome extension

The Deep Mode feature has become even more complex, and with the new UI enhancement, we can see the Leads, Sales and Product breakdown for each source directly from the extension.

Unique customers metric 

The Unique customers metric will incorporate both refunded and partially refunded sales when calculating unique customer.

 

Top Sources widget 

The popular top sources widget will now include top source categories and source groups in general.

 

Shopify Order Name 

We’ve improved the way Shopify users can use Hyros even better, so we’ve implemented the ability to search by order name. All you need to do is to access Sales details from within a report and you can use the search bar in the right corner. You will also be able to see the order name in the column below:

 

Chrome extension for Facebook

With this update, we’ll gain access to view campaign-level data seamlessly. All that’s needed is to ensure we’re using the latest version of the Chrome extension; no further steps are necessary.

 

Shipping Value and Taxes metrics for Teachable

We persist in enhancing the shipping value and taxes metrics within our integration stack, and we are now rolling out updates specifically for the Teachable integration.

 

Lead details

A new design has been introduced for Lead details, particularly in the Purchasing section, improving the overall experience and providing access to more detailed information.

 

API updates

We now enjoy greater flexibility in data export via API. When exporting ad level data, we have the option to include associated campaign, ad group, or ad set IDs alongside it.

Bing Performance Max Campaign

Tracking Performance max campaigns for Bing is now fully possible. To ensure accurate tracking of this campaign, it’s essential to install the following parameter:

h_campaign_id=<campaign_id>&bng_special_campaign=true

Subscriptions Tab

Prior to this update version, the Subscription tab did not include the Origin Source and Last Source columns on the dashboard.

These columns are now included, aligning with the rest of the sections and making it easier to identify the sources that generated a trial.

 

WooCommerce integration

A great addition we released for WooCommerce, which can now process cost of goods events. Due to the system’s complexity, the most effective method to accurately track these events is by installing a free plugin with just a few simple steps, allowing seamless transmission of this data back to Hyros.

Tik-Tok Shops Integration BETA

We’ve rolled out an integration for TikTok Shops, enabling us to track sales originating from this platform.

However, it’s important to mention that this integration is still in its BETA phase. At the moment, due to TikTok’s current limitations, we are unable to directly link sales from TikTok Shops to specific ads displayed on the platform. For now, we’ll assign a generic source, such as “@tiktok-shop,” to indicate their origin from this source.

Conversions Rules for Lead Stages

Previously, sending events back to the pixel around lead stages wasn’t possible. Now, this can be seamlessly achieved directly from the Lead Rules section.

Paykickstart integration

With this new update, all commission events associated with affiliates from Paykickstart integration will now be categorized as taxes.

Prior to this update, every time we switched between Adset and Ad level, or vice versa, the table size would revert to the default, requiring us to readjust the columns to view all of them simultaneously. With the recent update, this inconvenience has been eliminated, sparing us from having to readjust the columns each time we switch between ad set and ad level.
