Widget Metrics: Added Product and Product Category

We added Product and Product Category custom column metrics.

New Widget: Attribution Gap Widget

The new attribution gap widget will show % of attributed sales vs unattributed sales. It also has the option to choose from Leads, sales, subscriptions or carts, but will only support one at a time.

 

New Deep Mode for call state metrics

With this new release, qualified calls and unqualified calls, as well as canceled calls are getting their own dedicated deep mode view. Click on the metric to view a detailed breakdown of all the events, just like you do with sales.

 

 

API Keys Update: Default API Key is non-removable

From this point forward, users will not be able to delete the default API Key of the account.

Reddit Integration

With this new release, you can now track Reddit ads with just a few simple clicks using our new native integration.

New Widget: Livestream

This widget enables users to view a real-time feed of incoming calls, sales, leads, and subscriptions associated with the account.

 

New widget: Heading

This widget provides the ability to add a customizable heading to your dashboard, enhancing the overall structure by allowing them to segment, categorize, or organize other widgets more effectively. By adding distinct headings, you can create clear sections within your dashboard, making it easier to navigate, prioritize, and manage the displayed content.

 

New widget: Text

Similar to the heading widget, the text widget enables users to enhance their dashboard sections by adding detailed descriptions. This feature allows users to provide context, explanations, or additional information for each section, making the dashboard more informative and user-friendly. Whether you’re outlining key objectives, summarizing data, or providing instructions, the text widget offers the flexibility to convey essential details that complement the other widgets and contribute to a clearer, more organized dashboard.

New Report: Creative Report {Beta}

This update will introduce a powerful new report designed to analyze creatives across a wide range of ads or campaigns. With this feature, you’ll be able to dive deeper into the performance of your visual content, gaining insights into which creatives resonate most with your audience, identifying trends, and optimizing your strategies for better results. This tool will allow for a more granular comparison of creatives, helping you make data-driven decisions to enhance the effectiveness of your advertising efforts across different platforms and campaigns.

Ability to filter by lead stages

Within the reporting area, we’ve enhanced the functionality by adding an option to filter by lead stages directly from the Specify Attributes section. This new feature allows you to fine-tune your reports by focusing on specific stages of the lead pipeline, giving you greater control and precision in analyzing your data.

 

All metrics are available on all entities of the application

An update has been implemented to ensure that all metrics are now seamlessly shared across every entity within the application, making them universally accessible and consistent throughout the platform. These metrics are not only available for export but are also fully integrated across all components, including reports and dashboards. This enhancement guarantees that you have a unified view of your data, allowing for easier analysis, comparison, and decision-making

 

Report chart

The report chart has undergone a complete redesign, offering a more robust and versatile visualization experience. It now supports the display of up to 8 metrics simultaneously, allowing for a comprehensive and comparative analysis of multiple data points within a single chart

Bing Integration

We’ve introduced an Import button to the Bing Integration, designed to facilitate the manual import of campaigns. While the integration usually auto-collects campaigns seamlessly, there may be occasional instances where certain campaigns are not transmitted via API. In these cases, the Import button allows you to manually import and update these campaigns. Additionally, this feature can be used to refresh campaign data in Hyros if recent changes are not yet visible.

 

Sales Data

In the Sales Data section, you can now search for sales transactions using the order ID, streamlining the process of locating specific sales records. This new search capability allows you to quickly and efficiently find individual orders by entering the unique order ID, making it easier to track, review, and manage sales data.

 

Make.com

We have officially launched our integration with Make.com and are now listed in the Make Marketplace .This integration is particularly valuable for users whose systems cannot be directly connected to Hyros. It facilitates the creation of a bridge between your system and Hyros, enabling the transfer of Lead or Order events.

You can begin using Make.com at no cost, and it does not require any development expertise.

 

Offline Conversions: Ability to to send lead stages as custom events to Ad platforms

The event will be sent as a custom event and will be named according to the lead stage. Currently, this feature is available only for Facebook and Google.
